At the moment we can only accept payments by Paypal. But even if you do not have a Paypal account remember that you don't need to register with them to use Paypal: you can pay using any Credit Card!
Once you got everything in your cart go to check out, you should see two options: "check out" and "check out with paypal", choose the first one, in the next page ("Choose a way to pay") at the bottom there should be a link that says "Don't have a PayPal account?" "Get a PayPal account or pay with your credit or prepaid card" follow that link and you'll get on a secure page where paypal will take your card payment for us.
You don't need a paypal account for doing that!
We are commited to provide you with the best possible product and therefore we continuosly make small changes and adjustments to improve the models. For this reason please be aware that all pack content may change without prior notice. Fear not, it only means it may be even better than what you expect!
Shipping
Instead of charging for shipping and handling we use a flat contribution fee toward postage on ANY order of EURO€ 12.50 regardless the size of the order itself or where it ships to.
This means you always know beforehand how much your order will cost you for shipping: exactly EURO€ 12.50
You can add freely anything you like to your order as shipping will not be affected!
Be sure to add everything BEFORE completing your order however, once you make a payment you can not add to the same order later, any further payment will be treated by the Paypal cart as a separate order and will be charged separately for shipping. regrettably we can not change this.
Please note:
All orders are normally sent by standard registered airmail (raccomandata) from Italy; if you require any additional service, such as an insurance for example, it can be arranged and would be charged at cost.
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (working days only!) from the moment your payment has cleared, however it may occasionally happens that we don't have some of the items in stock, in which case we would inform you that there may be a small delay. Once shipped the actual time required for the parcel to get to you depends on your location, but usually it is less then 5 days to Europe, less then 14 days to North America.
Returns Policy
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction. All of BAUEDA products come with an unlimited no-quibble guarantee: just send back your purchase with the original label and we will immediately replace it or refund the full price you paid (shipping excluded).
